Tony Dockers, born in Wilrijk, lives & works in Aalst. His life unfold primarily between Aalst, Brussels and Antwerp.
In 2027, he will graduate form the Academy of Fine Arts in aalst, where he is studying painting.
In his paintings, he explores the power of simplicity, silence and suggestion. He reduces landscapes, architectural form, portraits and fragments of reality to a visual language in whiche space, colour and light take centre stage.
His work moves along the boundary between figuration and abstraction, invitating the viewer to discover their own meaning and atmosphere.
